Video Editor
(Contract - Per-Project Basis)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Video Editor to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should be proficient in crafting engaging visual content across various mediums, demonstrating expertise in video editing and a keen eye for storytelling. Motion graphics skills are considered a valuable asset for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw video footage, ensuring seamless transitions and a polished final product.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and deliver content that aligns with the overall vision.
- Work on a diverse range of projects spanning different mediums, including but not limited to social media, marketing, and corporate communications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques to elevate the quality of video content.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility in various mediums.
- Solid understanding of motion graphics principles and experience using relevant tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Excellent storytelling and narrative skills to create compelling video content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
