A BACKCOUNTRY-BOUGIE COMMUNITY BRAND

Whitewater Ski Resort’s Hummingbird Lodge & Campground is a new addition to the resort situated on the edge of the resort boundary for front door access to the area’s expansive backcountry, both in summer and winter.

A New Chapter

Hummingbird Lodge required a unique identity to differentiate it from existing Whitewater Ski Resort assets — the new brand needed some ties to the existing Whitewater brand but with it’s own personality to represent the new year-round offering and appeal to a new audience.

Backcountry-Bougie

A backcountry-bougie brand identity. The identity package featured multiple logo layups, an earthy colour palette, sophisticated typefaces, magazine-style layouts, and a variety of brand textures.
